Barriers to Self Growth and Transformation

 The path of selfgrowth is similar to farming. What you will sow is what your will reap. 

This post is a reminder that you always have the power to choose to create your self growth journey and transform into your wholeness. 


The intention of the selfgrowth  is transformational and requres serious commitment and self responsibility. 


Here I am Sharing few aspects that can become roadblocks to self-growth. 

Following are some beliefs, thoughts and behaviors that can become  traps/barriers to self growth. 

"Being busy or Giving more importance to other work over  selfwork"


 "thinking I already know enough." 

"Thinking Been there Done that", 

"Focusing only on external experiences than internal experiences

"Thinking  I have been doing it all along, I am already enlightened", 

"Thinking I am already evolved, self-growth is for others"

"Holding on to old habits and behaviors", 

"Fear of losing identities /  attachments / facades / self constructs", 

"Fear of facing innate stored fear, shame, guiltangersadnessangerresentment, emotional trauma", 

"fear of discovering unconscious beliefs of worthlessness, powerlessness, helplessness"

"Not taking personal responsibility for selfwork"

"Keeping engaged in fun and recreation over self-growth"

"Denial, Resistance and Defensiveness on the need to grow and transform"

"Focusing only on outward achievements and success"

"Getting busy in family, work and worldly involvement and responsibilities than selfwork"

"Delaying selfwork with saying I will do it later /sometime / one day"

"Getting overwhelmed in repetative thoughts, emotions and self-withdrawal "

"Getting involved in addictions of thoughts, emotions, mood disturbances, substance abuse, fulfilment of needs externally"

"Holding on the past Injustices, resentmentmemoriestrauma"

"Resistance to accept self, others and life as it is in the here and now"

"Focusing on changing others than self-transformation"

"Dependency on defining self through external Acceptance, Approval love and validation"

"Feeling hopeless, worthless, powerless and less than not good enough"

"Having grandiose self-importance, wishful/magic thinking, living in illusions about self and the world"

"Too much intellectualisation, rationalisation, interpretation of all experience in logic only"

"Looking at the world only through modelsconceptstheories and laws"

You are Whole and Complete in every Moment

The True Self is a term that depicts the living mindful are aware being that has the capacity to engage with life. The True Self is consistently with us; we just have innate channels that can once in a while block our attention to it. 

Society has been sending the message that to be someone on the planet, you need to go to the correct school, land the correct position, purchase the correct vehicle, live in the correct neighborhood, have the correct relationship and resign in the correct manner, etc. Only then will you be acknowledged; Only then you will you be someone on the planet. 

This infers that at right now you are no one. Nothing could be further from the reality. The whole intensity of the universe lives in your very being. Your being is made of light. There isn't anything you need to do, really nothing you need to secure your own completeness. You are whole an complete as you are now in your own being and can chose to express it in your life as you need and when you need. Expressing your gifts will require Authentic self articulation and learning skills, knowledge to share your gifts in this world. 

At the point when you comprehend that you are Whole and Complete just the way in which you are in right now in your living awareness, you will notice that everything comes from a wellspring of completeness in it's various forms and structures. 

it is difficult to simply awaken one day, state you're whole and complete, and really trust it. Making a particularly sensational change in this context requires Self Awareness, Self Acceptance and responsibility. 

It begins with relinquishing any beliefs of flawlessness or deficiency: it begins with letting go of attachments to what you believe it means to be the ideal you. It begins with not judging yourself for who you are right now. 

It begins with figuring out how to cherish yourself and appreciating each second for staying alert and alive. 

Take this second right now to adore, respect, acknowledge, regard and honor yourself. 

You are as of now complete and whole in your own being in each moment  of awareness. Your being is complete and whole in any moment, and evening when you are not aware. You are whole  and complete in every moment, You are whole and complete even when you struggle to express or perform as your source of life's awareness comes from  wholeness
