Hi, I am Diyanat Ali, an outbound trainer, experiential and outdoor educator. My passion in life is training and coaching through variety of methods including adventure, outdoors, team building and experiential learning. I love to make a difference in the lives of people through experiential education.  I am fully committed to help individuals, teams  and organisations to succeed in their goals through training, coaching  and experiential education.

I am the founder of the Great Hyderabad Adventure Club www.ghac.in, India's Premier and most active adventure club with 32,000 members enrolled and conducted over 5000 adventure and outdoor events in the past 12 years.

I also run the centre for experiential learning and outdoor leadership www.celol.org, a trainers forum to help them get acquainted with experiential and outdoor education.

I am a certified master trainer in training and development and a certified experiential educator. I have trained over 10000 people in the past 10 years and as a result, I have been able to conduct effective outbound and team building sessions in the outdoors and indoors where participants go through a change in their thinking and behaviors, which they can apply in their personal and professional lives.

I offer customized and relevant training programs to corporate organizations as well as to individuals in the form of outbound training, team building, personal coaching

My programs include learning by doing along with adult learning principles, which are participant-centered, involving a variety of techniques, tools and activities.  I bring in lot of inspiration and motivation to the programs I conduct from my own life experiences in the adventure and outdoor challenges and actvities. 

I currently do trainings in the cities of Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai and Delhi.

boys and Immature Men

The world is full of grown up boys, unfinished and immature men who never got opportunity to learn to access their primordial Masculine nature from a father, guide or other group of men.

A Boy in order to become a Man needs to be Chivalrous, Honest, Free, independent, self Sustainable, Principle centered, a protector, a provider, bold, of high integrity, pragmatic, passion driven and most importantly having purpose in life.

To become a Man and to know that he has become a Man, the boy must go through many phases to mature Masculinity. The boy needs a mature father, or a mature man as a guide, or group of men who can show him his authentic nature and teach all the skills and Behaviors required to be a Mature Man.

This primordial nature of Masculinity is deep rooted in every boy and can only be accessed through help of a mature father, a mature man or fellowship of men and can't be learnt in any other place, it can't be learned in school, from other boys or from women.

In olden traditions and that of the gurukul, and among the sadhus, shamans, sufis, mauris, boys were initiated in the wilderness, away from home into becoming mature Men.

The result of abandoning the masculine initiation is a world of unfinished and uninitiated men, struggling, striving, sulking, uncertain, angry and without a purpose in life.

It's imperative that for boys to become men they need to be initiated, undergo a process, journey and many experiences in the path to realise their fullest masculine nature and potential to make this world a better place.

Spending time in Wilderness, Outdoors, Nature, Adventure, Travel and Sports with other mature men is one among many paths that will help boys become men.

Every kid is unique

Every kid is unique, they cannot be compared to or generalise with. Some parents I know feel responsible for their kids academic performance from their very young age. They somehow feel personally responsible for their kids performance at school to an extent where the kid is sometime treated as an extension of the parents.

Some parents keep comparing their kids with other kids in their family and friend circle and set standards on all the skills the kid should learn in a particular age. when that doesn't happen, the parents get frustrated and try different ways of teaching including using extra tuitions and various incentives and punishments.

Every kid whether he performs or not at school eventually learns to face life and lives a life of their own when they become an adult.

So parents, just chill and learn to let go, leave academics to your kid. You are only responsible for providing education. You are not responsible for their results. you can encourage your kids to study but you are not responsible for their performance. Neither are the kids responsible to make you feel good with their performance.

Learning happens in many ways and learning happens out of school also. Your kid will figure out a way, like we all did.

Reading and Writing for kids

Teaching young kids to write and read at a very early age causes interference in their natural learning style. reading and writing should be introduced from age 6 onwards. If your kid is below 6 years and having difficulty reading and writing, do not bother much as he will get better when his mind body coordination is fully developed to write and read.

Play and Primary schools curriculum which introduces writing and reading before age six interferes with children's natural learning. Kids learn on their own and from their environment, mostly by observation and exploration. They do not require structured learning before age 6 .
