I am a certified outbound trainer and an outdoor and experiential educator. I bring in my diverse experience of trekking, rock climbing, wilderness, nature combined with experiential education and adult learning principles.
I do in depth study of the training needs and design structured programs based on the outcomes. The outbound programs are conducted in the natural environment in the outdoors. The processing and debriefing is done based on the experiences of the participants and what happened in the activity.
Parallels are drawn to the real world workplace and participants get to realise and feel the need to change or adapt new ways of doing things.
