Sufi Zikr Ceremony - Awakening the Inner heart

Sufi Zikr Ceremony - Awakening the Inner Heart

For over thousands of years Sufi Mystics have studied the inner heart, explored the aspects of the ego, true self, soul, consciousness, transcendental states and how to ascend these states in the journey of the heart towards self-purification and transcendence to lead a life of Compassion, Sincerity, Authenticity, Truth and Love.

The Sufi Ceremony of Zikr(remembrance) is based on opening the inner heart, its divine essences and energy states. The Zikr ceremony involves meditation with Chants, Movement, Rhythm, Whirling, Sound, Silence, Drumming and Breathwork.

Zikr which means “remembrance” is activated through the heart by invoking the divine attributes of Allah (SWT) to experience the divine essence within the inner heart, resulting in experiencing the states of oneness, wonder, bliss, love, ecstasy and surrender.

Zikr ceremonies have a therapeutic effect on mind/emotion/body due to its positive effect on the psychoneuroimmunological response and promotes calmness, joy, peace and bliss in the participants.

The Zikr Ceremony is open to all, irrespective of religion, caste or creed or beliefs.

Come, come, whoever you are,
Wanderer, worshipper, lover of leaving,
Ours is not a caravan of despair.
Even if you have broken your vows a thousand times
It doesn't matter
Come, come yet again, come - Rumi
